Who Is Bekah?
Rebekah George has always been interested in helping other people. She traveled around the world her first two years of college participating in service work and really felt fulfilled when she was able to give back to other people. Rebekah then started tutoring children from low impoverished areas and started to mentor and coach them. She went on to receive her Master’s degree and become a counselor, and is currently pursuing her Master’s of Divinity. She has ten plus years of experience as a professional counselor and 15 years experience as a coach/mentor. Rebekah has helped people from all walks of life overcome fear, addiction, limiting beliefs, low self esteem, anxiety, depression and more. She worked in several roles over the past 15 years, but they all centered around helping others to overcome obstacles in their life that impedes their ability to grow.
Rebekah approaches things with the knowledge of both the therapeutic world as well as the coaching/mentoring world. She shares her story of surviving domestic violence, losing over 100 pounds and finding her purpose through allowing the Lord to heal shame from childhood. She has specifically studied shame and the impact it has on people's relationships, body image/self esteem, physical health and relationship with God/faith. She is committed to helping others to eradicate their shame and find fulfillment in all areas of their lives!
